Information used to operate AdvisorCove
AdvisorCove may process advisor account details, billing records, site settings, consumer contact requests, consent records, coarse analytics, and operational metadata needed to run the platform.
Healthcare preparation inputs
Doctors, medications, pharmacy preferences, hospitals, priorities, and other healthcare comparison inputs are sensitive. These inputs remain in the visitor's browser session and are not included in the advisor handoff.
Contact-safe advisor handoff
When a consumer requests help, AdvisorCove may share contact information, location, scheduling and contact preferences, consent records, and one selected plan with the selected advisor. The advisor gathers and verifies medications, doctors, conditions, and other health details directly with the consumer.
Seven-day request retention
AdvisorCove deletes the full client request, email, location, consent details, scheduling context, selected-plan context, and other request data 7 days after the request is received. Outcome changes and callback scheduling do not extend this deadline.
Name and phone through day 30
After the full request is deleted, only the consumer's name and phone number may remain available to the selected advisor for follow-up. That minimal record is permanently deleted 30 days after the original request. The consumer must provide any previously deleted information again during a later call. One-way do-not-contact suppression hashes may remain so AdvisorCove can continue honoring an opt-out; those hashes cannot be used by advisors to identify or contact the consumer.
Security
AdvisorCove uses application, hosting, encryption, access-control, and operational safeguards designed for the current product scope. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Service providers
AdvisorCove may use service providers for hosting, authentication, billing, email, calendar, search, analytics, and related platform operations. Those providers process data only for supported product purposes and under their applicable terms.
AI Phone Booking Concierge
Advisors who purchase AI Phone Booking Concierge use third-party voice, telephony, and scheduling service providers selected by AdvisorCove. A visitor who chooses to call the booking concierge places an inbound telephone call to Avery, the advisor's AI booking concierge. Avery may collect the caller's name, email, optional phone number, timezone, and appointment choice to schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment. AdvisorCove owns and operates the internal routing number. AdvisorCove does not store call recordings, transcripts, raw voice-provider payloads, Medicare numbers, payment details, or private health details from these calls. AdvisorCove's normalized contact-safe call and booking records have a 30-day deletion deadline. Our service providers may process telephone audio and contact-safe call data long enough to provide the live service under their applicable privacy, security, retention, and subprocessor terms.
Cookies and browser storage
AdvisorCove uses necessary cookies and browser storage for security, sign-in, privacy choices, advisor-owned intake, and session-based Medicare preparation. Optional first-party analytics remains off unless the visitor allows it. The Meta Pixel loads on the public AdvisorCove website for marketing measurement and is not loaded on widgets, advisor sites, portals, admin pages, or other subdomains. The Cookie Policy describes categories, duration, providers, and how to change a choice.
